Colombian Huila & Ethiopia Sidamo

This unique blend combines the rich flavors of Colombia’s Huila region and Ethiopia’s Sidamo. Colombian Huila coffee, grown in the lush landscapes stretching from the Amazon to the Andes, offers a creamy, yogurt-like acidity with notes of cashew, fruity mulled wine, and a silky milk chocolate finish. Carefully processed through flotation sorting and fermentation, this coffee boasts a full-bodied, slightly darker roast to highlight its fruity depth.

Ethiopia Sidamo, from the fertile lands of Oromia, is intercropped with local produce like papaya and avocados, giving it a vibrant, layered profile. Its flavor varies with altitude but typically delivers a bright, fruity, and floral cup with a smooth finish. Together, these coffees offer a beautifully balanced experience—fruity, creamy, and rich. Perfect black or with milk.
