Our Dark Roast is 100% Arabica, grown in the region of Alta Mogiana. The cup profiles from this region are generally bright with yellow fruit like acidity, delicate caramel like sweetness, and a rounded clean body.

Sourced from the Mogiana region, spanning São Paulo and Minas Gerais, this coffee reflects the area’s rich history and diverse landscape. Alta Mogiana’s elevated plateaus bring a bright acidity with notes of yellow fruits, caramel sweetness, and a clean, rounded body. Meanwhile, Média Mogiana offers a more balanced acidity with smooth chocolate and almond undertones. Grown on farms ranging from 15 to 500 hectares, this coffee is cultivated under careful conditions, producing a beautifully complex and vibrant cup.
