Brew V60
Follow these below steps to brew a perfect V60 at home.

What You'll Need
• V60 dripper
• V60 filter paper
• Freshly ground Millennium coffee beans
• A kettle
• Scale’s
• A timer

Step 1
Prepare Your Equipment
Place filter paper in the V60 and pour hot water with your cup underneath. This helps remove any paper taste and preheats the dripper and vessel. Discard the rinse water.

Step 2
Weigh Out & Grind You're Coffee
We recommend starting with ratio 1:16 coffee to your water. In other words, 20g ground coffee to 320g water. This can of course be adjusted based of your taste preferences.

Step 3
Insert Ground Coffee
Place the ground coffee into the wet paper filter within your V60. Gently shake to level the grinds and place your cup underneath.

Step 4
Getting Ready To Pour
Place your cup and V60 on your scales and prepare 250ml of HOT water.

Step 5
1st pour
Start your timer and pour 50g of water to immerse all the coffee, gently swirl in different directions and wait for 30 seconds.

Step 6
2nd Pour
Once the 30 seconds is up, carry on pouring up to 200g. You want to do this in a circular and zig zag motion

Step 7
3rd and Final Pour
As your coffee grinds become dry (past the 1-minute mark). In a spiral motion, pour the remainder of the water submerging the dry grinds until you reach 320g on your scales.
Serve and enjoy!
Barista's Top Tips
• We recommend you drink it black so you can appreciate the full flavour of our coffee.
• Do not use boiling water – Once the kettle is boiled, decant it or let it cool for a little. This will allow a gentle drop in temperature which is desired.
